Description:
This Ф29 DNA polymerase is derived from the replicative polymerase of the B. subtillis bacteriophage Ф29 and expressed in E. coli. This polymerase exhibits high processivity and strong strand-displacement properties as well as an inherent 3' to 5' proofreading exonuclease activity.
Available in two concentrations and supplied with 10X reaction buffer.
The higher-concentration (100 U/µl) enzyme is also supplied with 1X dilution buffer.

Protein-primed DNA amplification.
