Description:
T4 DNA Polymerase is the replicative polymerase from the E.coli phage T4. This polymerase catalyzes DNA synthesis in the 5' to 3' direction from primed templates. The enzyme features a robust 3'-5 exonuclease activity and has no 5'-3' exonuclease activity. T4 DNA polymerase creates blunt ends, by filling in the 5' end or removing 3' overhangs
