Description:
MON2 chemically competent E. coli cells are similar to the BL21 (DE3) pLysS E. coli expression strain. These cells carry the pLysS plasmid that supresses basal expression from T7 promoters, ensuring tight regulatory control over the promoter.
Supplied with pUC19 control plasmid and SOC medium.
